Itä-Virossa venäjänkielisessä Kohtla-Järven kaupungissa kolme venäjänkielistä rehtoria joutui jättämään eroanomuksensa perusteluna se, etteivät he kyenneet täyttämään Viron kieliviraston viron kielen vaatimuksia. "Kielipoliisi" antoi viime vuoden lopulla huomautuksen Kohtla-Järven Keskikaupungin ja venäläisen lukion sekä Vahtran peruskoulun rehtoreille ja huomatuksen lisäksi 10 000 kruunun eli noin 700 euron uhkasakon. Uhkasakosta huolimatta rehtorit jättivät kielitestin suorittamatta.

This is typical pogrom of the Apartheid state. Russian principals of Estonian school are being persecuted by the "language police". Amnesty International has reported about violations of human rights in the activities of the "language police" of Estonia. The main reason of the repressive politics of the "language police" is the fact that the Russian principals have not been too co-operative in mobbing their Russian student as being "occupants".
